Financial Analyst
As an FP&A Analyst within our team, you will be at the heart of our clients' strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for providing rigorous and relevant financial analyses that will support strategic choices. Collaboration with our various finance directors will allow you to understand the issues and be part of the solutions.
Roles and responsibilities
In-depth financial analyses:
Develop robust financial models to simulate different scenarios and assess their impact on financial performance.
Perform complex financial analyses, including profitability, sensitivity and scenario analyses.
Identify financial trends, opportunities and risks.
Financial report:
Develop clear and concise financial reports for executives, highlighting key information.
Automate reporting processes to gain efficiency.
Support for strategic decisions:
Collaborate with management teams to develop financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
Evaluate the financial impact of investment projects and strategic initiatives.
Process improvement:
Identify opportunities for optimizing financial processes and implement innovative solutions.
Contribute to the implementation of new financial management tools and technologies.
Required skills
Technical skills
Excellent command of Excel,
Excellent command of accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero,
Knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP) an asset.

Ability to synthesize and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Sense of organization and priorities.

Required experiences
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
2 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally in a consulting or corporate environment.
